My Name is Scott Wiseman, Founder and Chief Movement Specialist at Wiseman Movement.
I believe strongly in helping my clients develop efficient movement patterns today, so that they can still move well tomorrow and into the future.
By combining
a combination of functional strength training, positive motivation, exercise
nutrition advice in fun, friendly, and preferably outside environments I aim to make movement fun again!
